Snow Ice Cream

In between snow angels, sledding, and snowball fights take some time to enjoy this quick and fun way of making ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

 8-12 cups of snow

10 oz of sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp of vanilla

When the snow begins to fall, take a large, clean bowl and place it outside to collect the snow. Once the bowl is full, take half of the snow and add the vanilla and drizzle on half of the sweetened condensed milk. Stir together. Next, add the mix back to the rest of the plain snow and mix in the rest of the sweetened condensed milk. Taste test: more milk and/or vanilla can be added to your liking. Serve immediately and store the uneaten snow ice cream in the freezer. Enjoy!
